Mac OS X 10.6.1 is the first incremental update to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. The release also addresses the reliability of services using Grand Central Dispatch and duplicate serial number alerts on servers with multiple network interfaces. Servers currently running Snow Leopard Server version 10.6 will benefit from general operating-system fixes that enhance stability, compatibility and security. The Mac OS X Server 10.6.1 Update is also available.
“The issues are addressed by updating the Flash Player plug-in to version 10.0.32.18,” Apple explains. “Multiple issues exist in the Adobe Flash Player plug-in,” Apple says, “the most serious of which may lead to arbitrary code execution when viewing a maliciously crafted web site,” the description goes.
